 It is our goal to make the shopping experience satisfying for our pet parents. For any reason if you’re not satisfied with your purchase at WholeWoof, you can exchange or return the product for the purchase price.

 

  • All return/exchanges are free when item is returned within 15 days from the shipped date
  • Sales items are FINAL SALE

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

All treats are MADE TO ORDER and will shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Wholewoof.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control for example: severe weather, service interruptions and etc.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 Yes! All orders $30 or more, your shipping fee will automatically be removed. (Domestic orders only)

 *This does excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

 Yes, once the order is processed and shipped out, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout.

*We do not ship packages on weekends & holidays

 

International Orders

 

All international orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.  The delivery time frame does not include any customs delay and WHOLEWOOF is not liable for delays caused by the customs process.

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs.

 

 

 Do you ship outside of the contiguous US and to PO boxes?

Yes, orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Your orders should arrive in 5-9 business days. Please note some APO/FPO locations may require up to 21 days for delivery.
